If you're wanting us to undertake a project for you, it will be helpful if your message contains the following information:

• Approximate timeframe for project, (including some milestones, if known).
• What is the business case for the project?
• Is there a budget for the project?

Remember that every project is a triangle: the three sides are quality, time, and expense. While you can shorten any one of the sides, the other two will have to be adjusted or the triangle will never come together.
